About

Built by people who work alongside the world's brightest minds — for people who deserve the same tools.

MangoAbility is an initiative of ManyMangoes — a team that spends its days working alongside researchers, founders and innovators to make modern tools, AI and data actually useful.

We started MangoAbility because we kept meeting people whose potential was being held back not by ability, but by the digital scaffolding around modern life: forms, applications, calendars, communication, AI tools, online systems. We thought: the people we work with at the frontier shouldn't be the only ones with patient, expert help.

What we believe

Five principles, in plain English.

  1. People learn by doing. Generic courses don't build capacity. Practising the actual task does.
  2. Modern work is digital. Pretending otherwise sets participants up to fall behind. We teach the tools people will actually use.
  3. AI is a tool, not a teacher. Used well, it removes friction. Used badly, it removes confidence. We teach the difference.
  4. Small, consistent wins compound. A weekly routine that survives a bad week is worth more than a perfect plan that doesn't.
  5. Honesty over hype. No guarantees, no jargon, no pretending a one-size-fits-all course is a disability support.

The team

Human-led, technology-aware.

MangoAbility is led by Isaac T Cohen (the team mostly calls him Mr. Mango), founder of ManyMangoes, alongside experienced support practitioners, learning designers and AI-savvy operators.

We bring two things to the table: real-world experience of how modern work actually gets done, and patient practice at teaching it to people who learn differently.

The brand name

Why MangoAbility?

Mango — for the ManyMangoes lineage and the warmth of the brand. Ability — because that's the point. Together: MangoAbility. Friendly, plain, and easy to remember when someone is trying to describe what we do.

Our tagline, “giving ability forward,” reflects how this is built: skills shared, capacity passed on, hands open in both directions.

NDIS status

Preparing the provider pathway.

MangoAbility is preparing its NDIS provider pathway. Until registration is approved, we work transparently with plan-managed and self-managed participants, and we are open for referral conversations, expressions of interest and pilot planning.

All NDIS-funded supports must fit the participant's plan, goals, funding, support needs and current NDIS rules.
