Best-fit referrals

MangoAbility may be a good fit for participants who…

  • have an employment, study, independence or community participation goal in their plan;
  • want to build practical skills with patient, structured support;
  • would benefit from AI-assisted, modern-workplace-aware coaching;
  • need help moving from intent ("I want a job") to outputs (CV, applications, interview practice);
  • want better routines, reminders and digital systems to reduce reliance on others;
  • are preparing for study, work trials or supported employment.

How we work with you

A clear, low-friction process.

1. Referral conversation

A short call to confirm goals, plan fit, communication needs and any risks.

2. Plan alignment

We confirm the support is reasonable, necessary and aligned with the participant's plan and funding.

3. Service agreement

Clear scope, session structure, communication cadence and reporting back to the referrer.

4. Structured delivery

Weekly sessions with practical outputs, progress notes and check-ins with the support team.

Reporting

You get the information you need to do your job.

  • Attendance and engagement summaries;
  • Outputs created during the support period (CVs, applications, routines, schedules);
  • Progress against participant goals;
  • Risks, barriers and escalation flags;
  • Suggested next supports or pathway options.

Compliance & safeguarding

Built for the NDIS environment.

MangoAbility is preparing its NDIS provider pathway. Until registration is approved, we work transparently with plan-managed and self-managed participants, and we will not bill for supports that do not fit a participant's plan.

We follow safeguarding, complaints, privacy and incident-reporting practices aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission expectations.
